Where can I place my order?

Are your wigs glueless?
All units are glueless. Elastic bands are added to all units for extra security.
What is a ready to ship unit?
Ready to ship wig is a wig that is on hand and customized ready to ship.
I ordered the wrong size wig cap. What can I do?
Please look at the wig chart for head measurement before you buy any unit.
LACED BY YE is not responsible for any improperly fitted wigs.
What are your business hours? Monday- Saturday 10am-6pm

What is normal processing time for hours?
Please allow 10-15 business days on pre ordered units. Ready to ship units will be sent out in 1-3 business days.
Please remember that processing time and shipping time are not the same thing. Processing time is the time it takes LBY to prepare your order and shipping time is the time it takes your order to be delivered to you once we ship it.
Can I arrange to pick up my order?
Yes, Local pickup is available.

How long is shipping?
Please allow 10-15 business days on pre ordered units. Ready to ship units Will be shipped in 1-3 business days. Turnaround time for (BYOB) id 3-5 business days after we receive your bundles.
Once orders are shipped you will receive tracking details in email please allow up to 48-72 business hours for tracking update.

What is your Refund/ Exchange Policy?
No refunds. ALL SALES ARE FINAL because of the nature of this business.

If your purchase was over $75 then you get insurance on your package. We are not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged packaging.
